This Preneed Premium Calculator Application provides Company appointed agents the ability to quote premium for insurance policies written expressly to fund funeral/burial prearrangements. Premium payments illustrated are for Single Premium, one-time payment, and for Pay Plans where payments are made over a period of 3-, 5-, or 10-year period. Pay Plan premiums may be calculated for monthly, semi-annual or annual payment. This calculator is only applicable in states in which United Heritage insurance policies are approved for sale to the general public. Most prearrangements are affiliated with funeral establishments.
